Receiving your filini gift voucher
As
soon as we receive your order we will dispatch your filini gift voucher
by courier service, to the person and address you specify. At the
checkout you have the option of entering a different shipping address
and billing address.
The gift voucher
The
name in the shipping address will be mentioned on the gift voucher, and
the value will be specified both in US dollar and UAE dirham.
The voucher will have a personal discount code which can only be used once.
The
discount code is valid for one year from the date of purchase, after
which it will become invalid and no refund/credit can be given for
expired vouchers.
Redeeming a filini gift voucher
Start shopping at filini.com and add your selected item(s) to the shopping basket.
As soon as you are done shopping just follow the easy payment procedure:
Select
the checkout option and complete your billing and shipping address to
go to step 2. Enter your personal discount code into the discount box
that appears. The amount will automatically be deducted from the amount
due.
If there is any balance amount left to pay, you can simply select the payment method you prefer.
Make sure you spend at least the full amount of the voucher because we offer no cash refund or credit for the difference.
